Latium Legal Talent — bilingual legal talent for U.S. law firms
Great talent
for great law firms.
Latium Legal Talent recruits, assesses, and places bilingual intake specialists, legal assistants, and paralegals with U.S. law firms. Each candidate is assessed for bilingual ability, experience, and fit through a personal interview before you see a résumé, and understands what it takes to protect your clients’ confidences.
Latium is not a law firm and does not provide legal services.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Personally interviewed
- Confidentiality-screened
- 90-day replacement guarantee
Vetted. Matched. Confidential.
1. Rigorous vetting
Each candidate is assessed for bilingual ability, experience, and fit through a personal interview before they reach your shortlist.
We send you only the people who fit your role.
2. The right experience for the role
Many of our candidates bring legal education or law-office experience. Others bring comparable experience, such as client intake, insurance, medical office, or customer service, that transfers well to legal work. You tell us what the role requires, and we match to it. They are placed in supervised support roles and never give legal advice.
3. Confidentiality first
Every candidate signs a confidentiality agreement and is screened for their understanding of client confidentiality, privilege, and the limits of non-lawyer work. They work in your systems, under your supervision, by your rules.
Every Spanish-speaking caller you can’t help is a case you may not sign.
In many markets, a large share of potential clients call in Spanish. When no one at your firm can take that call, explain the next step, or follow up, the case often goes elsewhere. Finding a local bilingual professional with real legal experience is hard, and a bad hire costs you time and your clients’ trust.
Latium was built to close that gap: bilingual capacity from carefully vetted people, matched to what your firm’s role requires, with the hiring risk taken off your plate. Not every role needs two languages. When yours doesn’t, we find strong candidates from a wide talent pool across the U.S. and abroad.

Built for small, busy firms.
Solo and small firms (1–10 attorneys) in personal injury, immigration, family law, and criminal defense, especially in Spanish-speaking markets in Florida, Texas, California, New York, and Illinois.
As a practicing attorney, I’ve seen what it costs a small firm when a Spanish-speaking client calls and no one can help. I built Latium to place the kind of bilingual professional I’d trust with my own clients’ files.
