Foreign-Trained Legal Professionals
Lawyers trained outside the U.S., placed only in supervised support roles. They are not licensed in the U.S. and do not give legal advice. Your firm remains responsible for supervision (ABA Model Rule 5.3).
Legal experience: you set the requirement
For each role you choose whether prior legal experience is required, preferred, or left to Latium’s discretion. Many candidates bring legal education or law-office experience; others bring comparable experience matched to the role.
